My fourteen month old Grandniece received the Leapfrog Musical Table for Christmas this last year (2010) and simply LOVES it. This is definitely one of her favorite toys by far. When we go visit she usually always spends a great deal of time amusing herself, as well as others, while playing with the many sounds and gadgets it has to offer. As kids do, she will wander around playing with other toys but usually ends up coming back for more play time with her Leapfrog Learn and Groove.
It's no wonder why children love it so much with over fourty different melodies and songs plus has fifteen different activities that will keep any child amused for hours. It comes with English and Spanish languages when teaching to count from 1-10 as well as learning shapes. There are all kinds of fancy blinking lights, things to twirl around and roll, things to open and each makes some kind of interesting noise or another as well as sounds of instruments.
The Leapfrog Learn and Groove Musical Table is also sturdy. Although my Grandniece already walked fairly well when she received it, I have no doubt children learning to stand will have no problem grabbing hold and pulling themselves up with this musical table. Your child will have a lot of fun with the Leapfrog Musical table as well and learn many new things. This musical activity table can also help build your child's fine motor skills which is important to get a head start on as early as possible.

We purchased this for our 5 month old son for Christmas last year and it has been well worth the purchase. When he was smaller, we took the legs off and he really enjoyed playing with it on the floor. As he has gotten older (he is now 15 months), we have put the legs on and he continues to love it. He learned to stand while playing with it and has spent hours playing with the different buttons and learning cause and effect. It is a great value and it has survived our 4 year old as well--it is very durable. I would highly recommend this if you are considering it---well worth the money, especially since it is still being played with and I doubt he will be bored with it anytime soon.
